The stolen card was used across state lines at BJS Wholesale #2, Wayne, NJ, for $123.56 on October 30, 2025 at 4:53 PM. This is not an isolated event. Maryland Has Been Subject To Stolen EBT And SNAP Benefits For Years Now. The Latest Research And Technological Breakthroughs Confirm Many Of These SNAP Fraud Rings Are Actually Located In Maryland, New Jersey And Nearby Statelines. Most Recently An Unreported Data Breach Has Now Occurred Multiple Times From Dollar General In Baltimore County.  This 7405 Liberty Road Location Has Seen Significant Employee Turnover Rates And Has Not Helped In Visibility To Consumer Fraud.
