The stolen card was used across state lines at BJS Wholesale #2, Wayne, NJ, for $123.56 on October 30, 2025 at 4:53 PM. This is not an isolated event. Baltimore County has become a hotbed for coordinated benefit theft, with skimming devices deployed at high-traffic retailers and cloned card data surfacing in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and beyond. Stolen SNAP Benefits

Maryland Has Been Subject To Stolen EBT And SNAP Benefits For Years Now. The Latest Research And Technological Breakthroughs Confirm Many Of These SNAP Fraud Rings Are Actually Located In Maryland, New Jersey And Nearby Statelines. Most Recently An Unreported Data Breach Has Now Occurred Multiple Times From Dollar General In Baltimore County.  This 7405 Liberty Road Location Has Seen Significant Employee Turnover Rates And Has Not Helped In Visibility To Consumer Fraud. EBT Cards Have Been Recorded As Being Used At This Location With EBT Card Numbers Being Confirmed To Appear From This Location Around 5pm And Have Been Tracked To Other Stores And Employees In Connection With Dollar General.  The United States Is Allocating Over $4.7 Billion Dollars In Investigating These Crimes In Baltimore County, But May Be Running Near The End Of Available Funds.
